Another exciting year has passed. We started the new year full of motivation and with great new ideas – and look back on last year with pride. The magical autumn season has finally begun and we took this as an opportunity to gather together in bright weather for a joint autumn celebration at our company site. 🍂🌞

Of course, our physical well-being was also taken care of and the small as well as the big guests enjoyed many fun activities. Our special thanks go to @foodfahrbrik for the smooth catering. 🍔🍟

Our autumn celebration wasn’t only a party, but also an opportunity to boost our corporate culture and strengthen our community. We can’t wait to continue this beautiful tradition next year. ✨

In cooperation with the Pilsen Urquell brewery, we were able to plan and realise our sorting system now also on the Czech market. Crates are currently sorted here 24/7. 🍻 We are pleased about the partnership and grateful for the trust placed in us. The result of the sorting is impressive.

Our sorting robot can now do even more!

Due to the automatic speed adjustment of the cylinders, bottles with a height difference of up to 100 mm can be sorted simultaneously. In addition, crate widths of 265-305 mm are processed simultaneously.

This is particularly good news for our customers in the non-alcoholic beverage industry. 😊

That could be our slogan. Of course. 😊

But in this case it’s about Natja Brunckhorst’s new film with the same title. Starring: Corinna Harfouch, Daniel Sträßer, Joachim Król and … our sorting robot!

We had the pleasure of attending the premiere in Essen on 16.05.2022 and can highly recommend the film.

A quiet comedy with a lot of wordplay, in which two totaly opposite people who have a completely different relationship to objects meet. Fynn (Daniel Sträßer) is a order-loving pragmatist who roams the country with his laptop and mobile phone, Marlen (Corinna Harfouch) lives in a flat where she hoards a thousand and one things.

Effective sorting of the main types by direct exchange.

The problems are well-known, especially to our customers with several production types and those who collect additional bottle types for exchange with their market companions. These are staff shortages, increasing variety of types and limited availability of empty crates. The latter, in both manual and automatic sorting, often leads to the fact that although the right bottles are packed into the right crates, this generates many empty crates that have to be collected again before they can be filled with the right bottles.

With our innovative “green” sorting concept, in which up to 10 bottle types are sorted simultaneously, this so-called “empty crate tourism” is now avoided.

There is one infeed lane for each crate/bottle type to be sorted.

The next crate to be sorted is selected on a “target crate basis”. The robot only requests a crate when it has enough suitable bottles for it in the buffer – regardless of which bottles are currently still in the crate. In this way, the bottles in the crate are exchanged directly – without the diversions via separately supplied empty crates.
