Software Developer

Quote: „My tasks are varied and fascinating. So I never stop learning, but gain new experiences. If something is tricky, my competent and creative colleagues are there to help me.“

Adrian, introduce yourself, please.
My name is Adrian Przybylski. I am 34 years old and live in Kaufungen.

What are you doing at vision-tec and how long have you been on board?
I have been a software developer at vision-tec for 3 years.

Why did you choose vision-tec?
The interaction of machine control and image processing immediately aroused my interest.

What do you like best about your job?
My tasks are varied and fascinating. So I never stop learning, but gain new experiences. If something is tricky, my competent and creative colleagues are there to help me. The interdepartmental exchange is also enormous, so I don’t just have to see the software as an individual but get an overview of the whole. In addition, my commitment is taken seriously and during this I am given opportunities to help develop.

What kinds of skills do you need for a job in your field?
You should always be curious and maintain an interest in progress. We also place great emphasis on the ability to work in a team.

What advice would you give to young professionals?
At vision-tec we are dealing with complex systems. You shouldn’t let it overwhelm you, but proceed systematically and keep patience, as well as perseverance and interest. The “aha effects” will come afterwards and feel good.

With which three words would you describe vision-tec?
Fair, familiar and considerate.
