The purpose of data processing on this website is to provide information about the products and services of our company, combined with the opportunity for users to be able to make contact with the appropriate contact person in house.

In providing our website, we comply with the requirements of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG), the German Telemedia Act (TMG) and the Telecommunications Telemedia Data Protection Act (TTDSG). This website uses Google Maps, a service provided by Google Ireland Ltd, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (“Google”). The legal basis for this processing is your consent in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a DSGVO in conjunction with Art. 49 Para. 1 S.1 lit. a DSGVO.

At least the IP address, URL (internet address) of our website and date/time of use are transmitted to Google. It is not excluded that this information is transmitted to a Google server in the USA. The transmission of personal data to the USA was judged by the ECJ to be fundamentally unsafe without further security measures, as it cannot be ruled out that US security authorities will gain access to this data.
